This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Secret Tattva website.

 

1. Applicability

By using the Secret Tattva website (“Website”) and/or placing an order for products through the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy without modification.

If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, you are advised not to place orders on the Website.

Secret Tattva reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically to stay informed of the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

At Secret Tattva, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the nature of logistics and reliance on third-party courier services, damages or errors may occasionally occur.

To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process, an unboxing video is mandatory for any complaint or claim related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

All complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Guidelines

To help us resolve issues efficiently, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

Before Receiving the Package

Before accepting the package from the courier:

  • Inspect the package carefully.
  • If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged:
  • Take clear photos of the package.
  • Reject the delivery immediately.
  • Inform our customer support team by sharing the photos along with your Order ID.

Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps for Recording the Unboxing Video

 

1. Prepare the Environment

  • Ensure the area is well-lit.
  • Place the camera on a stable surface.
  • Ensure the entire package is visible in the frame.

 

2. Show the Shipping Label

Clearly display the shipping label on camera so the following details are visible:

  • Tracking number
  • Delivery address
  • Order details

 

3. Show the Package from All Sides

Record all sides of the sealed package to show that it has not been tampered with.

 

4. Open the Package on Camera

Record the entire process of opening the package.

Important:

  • The video must be continuous.
  • The recording must not be paused or edited.

 

5. Display All Items

  • Show all products received.
  • Verify the items against your order.

 

6. If There Is an Issue

Damaged Product: Show a clear close-up of the damaged portion.

Missing Product: Display all items received and show what is missing.

Wrong Product: Show the product received along with the shipping label.

 

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To cancel an order (before shipping), customers may contact our support team with their Order ID.

If the order is successfully cancelled:

  • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Discount codes, promotional vouchers, and coupons are single-use and will be considered used if an order is cancelled.

 

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are applicable only for products purchased directly from the Secret Tattva Website.

Customers are advised not to accept a package if it appears tampered or damaged.

If a tampered package is accepted during delivery, Secret Tattva may not be able to process return claims related to:

  • Physically damaged products
  • Missing products
  • Incorrect products

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

After verification by our support team, replacements or store credits may be provided in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Product quality issues
  • Missing product(s) in the order
  • Expired product received

Important conditions:

  • Products must be unused and unopened.
  • Original packaging must be intact.

All such requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

5. Non-Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product is used, opened, or altered
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • Product packaging, labels, or barcodes are damaged or missing
  • Freebies or accessories are missing
  • Serial number or barcode has been tampered with
  • Return request is made beyond 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is intentionally damaged after delivery

Secret Tattva reserves the right to verify all claims before approving returns or replacements.

 

6. Replacement & Store Credit

Once the return request is verified:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

may be issued depending on the situation.

Note:

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.

 

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Product confirmed as damaged or defective after verification
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Order cancelled before shipping
  • Order cannot be delivered due to courier limitations
  • Product not delivered within 30 days of order placement

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

 

8. No Exchange Policy

Secret Tattva currently does not offer direct product exchanges.

Customers eligible for replacement may receive:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

 

9. Special Campaigns & Sale Periods

Certain promotional campaigns, sales, or limited-time offers may have separate return or refund conditions.

10. Order Cancellation by Secret Tattva
