Thank you for shopping with Secret Tattva. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via your registered email address or mobile number.


Shipping Partners

Secret Tattva partners with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to facilitate the shipping and delivery of products ordered through our website.

After dispatch, the Logistic Partner will be responsible for the transportation and delivery of your order until it is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by you.

You will be able to track your order using the tracking link shared in your shipping confirmation message or email.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply depending on various factors including:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Type of product

  • Delivery partner policies

Any applicable shipping or handling charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases where orders are returned or cancelled after shipment, except in cases where a defective, damaged, or incorrect product has been delivered and verified by Secret Tattva.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), you agree that the designated Logistic Partner is authorized to collect payment on behalf of Secret Tattva at the time of delivery.

Secret Tattva reserves the right to enable or disable COD service for certain locations or orders at its sole discretion.


Serviceable Areas

While we strive to deliver our products across India, certain areas or pin codes may be temporarily or permanently unserviceable due to logistical constraints.

Secret Tattva reserves the right to determine serviceable areas and may update this list from time to time.


Delivery Information

To ensure successful delivery of your order, you must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Valid contact number

  • Email address

You acknowledge that Secret Tattva shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided at the time of placing the order.


OTP Based Secure Delivery

To ensure safe delivery of orders, delivery may require OTP verification.

An OTP may be sent to your registered mobile number or email address once the shipment is out for delivery. You may be required to share the OTP with the delivery executive upon receiving the package.

Please do not share the OTP with anyone before receiving the order.


Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our Logistic Partner may attempt delivery up to three (3) times within 48–72 hours.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to your unavailability, the order may be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, Secret Tattva reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling charges from any applicable refund.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Government restrictions

Secret Tattva shall not be liable for any delays caused by such circumstances.


Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping

In case of approved returns or exchanges, reverse pickup will be arranged subject to serviceability of the customer’s pin code by our Logistic Partner.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

Further instructions for return shipping will be provided by our customer support team.


Delivery Responsibility

Secret Tattva engages Logistic Partners who operate with professional standards and ethical practices.

However, since delivery services are carried out by third-party logistics providers, Secret Tattva shall not be held liable for:

  • Delay in delivery

  • Incorrect handling by courier personnel

  • Package tampering during transit

  • Delivery partner service issues

Secret Tattva acts as a facilitator for product delivery and will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery concerns.
